    ** Co reports Q4 adj net income of 39 cents/share, beating
analysts' est of 26 cents/share - Refinitiv
    ** Q4 net sales were also above analysts' expectations at
$393.3 mln vs $346.0 mln
    ** TGI expects fiscal 2024 net sales between $1.39 bln to
$1.43 bln
    ** Analysts' est fiscal 2024 net sales at $1.40 bln
