Board Changes
TruFin plc (AIM: TRU) is pleased to announce the appointment of Sean Brennan
as an independent non-executive director of the Company with immediate effect.
Sean has been in the video games industry for over 35 years, most recently as
CEO of Focus Entertainment. Prior to this, Sean was Managing Director of
ZeniMax Europe Limited (Bethesda Softworks) responsible for the international
publishing business and management of all the international offices. ZeniMax
Media Inc was acquired by Microsoft for $7.5bn in 2020. Sean has also held
senior positions at Virgin Interactive Entertainment, Mirrorsoft and
Telecomsoft. Sean has been a non-executive director of Playstack Limited since
April 2024.
In line with the company's succession planning process, the Company also
announces that Paul Dentskevich, independent non-executive director, has
chosen to step down from the board of the Company with effect from today.
Sean Brennan will assume his role as Chair of the Remuneration Committee and
membership of the Audit and Nomination Committees.
