3.1% at 82.5p
    ** Company's unit Oxygen Finance secured early payments
contracts with Kent County Council and Central Bedfordshire
Council
    ** Unit's total number of early payment public sector
clients rose to 59 with today's additions
    ** Oxygen recently renewed contracts with Aberdeenshire
Council, Sheffield City Council, Wakefield Council and
Warrington Borough Council
    ** TRU shares rose about 64% YTD
