** Shares of Trulieve Cannabis Corp  TRUL.CD  down 2.1% at
C$5.65
    ** Co says it plans to cease Massachusetts operations by the
end of this year  
    ** Says it also has elected to close retail location in
Grover Beach, California and has exited Nevada wholesale market
in additional measures to preserve cash and improve financial
performance
    ** Adds up to its last year's exit of select retail assets
in California's Palm Springs and Venice  
    ** Including the session move, stock is down 44.9% YTD
