** Trulieve Cannabis Corp's shares  TRUL.CD  up 1.5% at
$9.14; they were down more than 50% in last 12 days of trading
    ** TRUL enters into settlement with the Department of
Labor's Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)

determine whether ground cannabis dust is required to be
classified as a "hazardous chemical" in an occupational setting
    ** Work on the study is to be complete by May 29, 2023 -

    ** TRUL's stock down 72% so far this year
