** Medical device maker's shares  TRU.NZ  rise as much as
2.3% to NZ$0.091, biggest intraday pct gain since Oct. 29
    ** TRU says intends to make application for dual listing of
its shares on ASX   urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nNZWtKSs8
    ** Says to undertake capital raising up to NZ$2 mln ($1.36
million) at an issue price of NZD 7 cents per new share 
    ** Says application will be shortly made to ASX 
    ** Nearly 651,135 shares have changed hands compared to
30-day average volume of ~432,007
    ** YTD, stock is flat
