Transaction in own shares

 

Trustpilot Group plc ("Trustpilot" or the "Company") announces that on 20
March 2024, it purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of £0.01
each on the London Stock Exchange from Joh. Berenberg, Gossler & Co. KG,
London Branch ('Berenberg'), in accordance with the terms of the share buyback
programme announced on 11 January 2024 (the "Buyback Programme").

 Aggregate number of ordinary shares purchased:       140,000
 Lowest price paid per share (GBp):                   185.20
 Highest price paid per share (GBp):                  202.20
 Volume weighted average price paid per share (GBp):  194.10

Trustpilot intends to cancel all of the purchased shares.

incorporated into UK domestic law by the European Union (Withdrawal) Act
