Transaction in own shares

 

Trustpilot Group plc ("Trustpilot" or the "Company") announces that on 29
April 2025, it purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of £0.01
each (the "Ordinary Shares") on the London Stock Exchange from Joh. Berenberg,
Gossler & Co. KG, London Branch ("Berenberg"), in accordance with the
terms of the share buyback programme announced on 18 March 2025 (the "Buyback
Programme").

 

 Date of purchase:                                    29 April 2025
 Aggregate number of Ordinary Shares purchased:       50,000
 Lowest price paid per share (GBp):                   218.40
 Highest price paid per share (GBp):                  221.60
 Volume weighted average price paid per share (GBp):  220.88

Trustpilot intends to cancel all of the purchased shares.

Since 18 March 2025, the Company has purchased 2,842,092 Ordinary Shares for
cancellation, at a cost (excluding dealing and associated costs) of
~£6,533,092.

In accordance with Article 5(1)(b) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (as
incorporated into UK domestic law by the European Union (Withdrawal) Act
