** The global review platform on Friday denied all allegations made in short-seller Grizzly Research's report

** Co says it is considering all appropriate options in response to Grizzly's "false" statements

** Shares fell as much as ~32% on Thursday when the Grizzly report and short position were first disclosed

** Including the session's gains, stock down ~50% so far this year
