    * Joint placing agents agreed to procure subscription of up 
to 21 million placing share at placing price of HK$5.15 per 
placing share 
    * 50% of proceeds from placing to be used for construction 
and operation of cathode materials for lithium ion 
batteries-ironic phosphate project
