** Shares of drug developer TScan Therapeutics Inc  TCRX.O 
rise 8.6% to $2.76 
    ** Co says the first patient has been dosed in early-stage
study of drug to treat residual blood cancer and prevent relapse
following cell transplantation procedures
    ** The study aims to test 2 drug candidates TSC-100 and
TSC-101 in patients with blood cancer types like acute myeloid
leukemia, myelodysplastic syndromes and acute lymphocytic
leukemia 
    ** Stock down 24% in last 12 months
