TScan Therapeutics rises on FDA nod to begin human study for cancer therapy

** Drug developer TScan Therapeutics Inc's  TCRX.O  shares
rise 10% to $3.05 premarket
    ** TCRX says U.S. FDA cleared application to begin human
studies for its experimental therapy to treat solid tumors
caused by human papillomavirus 16 (HPV16)  
    ** The candidate, TSC-200-A0201, targets HPV16, an oncogenic
virus that is responsible for about 57% of cervical cancers and
about 21% of head and neck cancers - TCRX
    ** Company says clinical trial start-up activities are
ongoing, and anticipates initial data for the most advanced
studies by end of this year
    ** As of last close, stock up ~79% YTD
