Dec 23 (Reuters) - TSH Corporation Ltd  TSHC.SI : 
 * Update on the property business of the group 
 * Sold the remaining two (2) development properties in Melbourne, Australia in 
the second half of 2015 
 * Group will not be taking an active approach in the near term to source for 
new property businesses 
 * Tsh corp-sales expected to have material impact on nta and EPS of group for 
current FY ending 31 December
