    * Says its wholly owned unit plans to set up a JV, mainly
for
management and business operation of brand named "Herschel"
related business, with Herschel Supply Company Ltd
    * Says business of the JV will start from Sept. 1
    * Says the company's unit and Herschel Supply will hold 67
percent
