UK's TT Electronics jumps on 287 mln-pound buyout offer from Cicor

** Shares of Britain's TT Electronics TTG.L jump as much as 61% to 152.6p, best day on record

** Stock top gainer on FTSE small-cap index .FTSC

** Co accepts buyout offer from Swiss firm Cicor Technologies CICN.S in a 287 million pound ($385.18 mln) deal

** Under the deal terms, each TT shareholder to get 100 pence in cash and 0.0028 Cicor shares per TT share

** Including session moves, the stock has risen 44.72% YTD vs FTSE small cap index's 8.43% gain

($1 = 0.7451 pounds)
