UK's TT Electronics rejects unsolicited DBAY bids, favours Cicor offer
Oct 31 (Reuters) - Britain's TT Electronics TTG.L said on Friday it had rejected three unsolicited takeover proposals from private equity firm DBAY Advisors in the past three months, the last one worth 130 pence per share. The company said it still favours a higher 155 pence per share offer from Swiss firm Cicor Technologies CICN.S that was made public on Thursday.
