** H.C. Wainwright starts coverage of Kintara Therapeutics
Inc  KTRA.O  with a "buy" rating and a PT of $6, representing an
upside of nearly 582% to stock's last close
    ** Shares of the drug developer up 2.3% at $0.90 premarket
    ** Brokerage optimistic about the potential of KTRA's
experimental candidate, VAL-083, for the treatment of
glioblastoma multiforme - a type of brain tumor
    ** Says large unmet need for GBM treatments as well as
VAL-083's effectiveness in earlier clinical trials drive up
chances of U.S. approval
    ** Says probability of VAL-083's failure in an ongoing large
trial is low and KTRA's other cancer drug candidate, REM-001,
can cushion some of the hit if the drug fails
    ** KTRA had fallen 31.3% YTD, up to the last close
