Inc  KTRA.O  fall 19.6% to hit a record low of 84 cents
    ** Co announces 1-for-50 reverse stock split of its common
stock
    ** KTRA shares will begin trading on a split-adjusted basis
from Nov. 14
    ** Co says stock split intended to bring co in compliance
with minimum bid price requirement for continued listing on 
Nasdaq 
    ** Including session losses, stock down 83.6% YTD
