** Shares of Tuas  TUA.AX  rise as much as 14.8% to record
high of A$3.845
    ** Mobile network operator's HY loss attributable narrows to
S$3.5 mln ($2.6 mln) from S$7.5 mln a year ago
    ** HY revenue increases to S$54.7 mln from S$39.6 mln
    ** Stock posts its biggest intraday percentage gain since
Dec. 16, 2021
    ** About 1.4 mln shares change hands, 2.2x the 30-day avg
    ** Stock up ~5% YTD, as of last close
