** Shares of Tuas Ltd  TUA.AX  rise as much as 3.16% to
A$1.960 - set for best day since Aug. 14, if gains hold 
    ** Telecom co says FY loss S$15.3 mln ($11.23 mln) vs. loss
of S$26.7 mln a year earlier
    ** Co reports 50% increase in FY revenue
    ** Co expects capital expenditure in the range of S$45 mln -
S$50 mln for FY ending July 31, 2024
    ** Stock hits highest level since Sept. 4
    ** Stock up 42.9% YTD, as of last close
