Change in Audit Committee Chair

 

 

The Board of Directors of Tufton Assets Limited (LSE: SHIP) is pleased to
announce that Trina Le Noury will succeed Stephen Le Page as Chair of the
Audit Committee of the Board of Directors with effect from 1 January 2025.
Stephen Le Page will remain as a Non-Executive Director, a member of the Audit
Committee, and a member of the Management Engagement Committee.

 

The membership of the Company's Audit Committee now consists of Trina Le
Noury, Christine Rødsæther, Stephen Le Page and Paul Barnes (all of whom are
independent non-executive directors of the Company).
