Director's Dealing
Pursuant to Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 3.1.2-A, the following
information falls to be disclosed:
The Company was notified on 27 September 2024 of the following director's
dealings:
Mr Robert King, Chairman of the Company, purchased 9,190 ordinary shares of no
par value in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of
USD1.29789 per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Robert King has a
beneficial interest in 65,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.024% of the total
Ordinary Shares in issue.
Mrs Christine Rødsæther, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased
10,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of USD1.30000 per Ordinary Share. Following
this transaction, Christine Rødsæther has a beneficial interest in 37,906
Ordinary Shares representing 0.014% of the total Ordinary Shares in issue.
Mr Paul Barnes, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 14,000
Ordinary Shares at a price of GBP0.96992 per Ordinary Share. Following this
transaction, Paul Barnes has a beneficial interest in 18,651 Ordinary Shares
representing 0.007% of the total Ordinary Shares in issue.
Mr Steve Le Page, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 5,650

About the Company
Tufton Oceanic Assets Limited invests in a diversified portfolio of secondhand
commercial sea-going vessels with the objective of delivering strong cash flow
and capital gains to investors. The Company's investment manager is Tufton
Investment Management Ltd. The Company has raised a total of approximately
$316.5m (gross) through its Initial Public Offering on the Specialist Fund
Segment of the London Stock Exchange on 20 December 2017 and subsequent
capital raises.
