Tufton Oceanic Assets Limited (the "Company")

Director's Dealing

Pursuant to Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 3.1.2-A, the following
information falls to be disclosed:

The Company was notified on 30 September 2024 that Steve Le Page, a
Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 2,467 ordinary shares of no
par value in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of
USD1.315 per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Steve Le Page has a beneficial interest in 46,504
Ordinary Shares representing 0.017% of the total Ordinary Shares in issue.

Tufton Oceanic Assets Limited invests in a diversified portfolio of secondhand
commercial sea-going vessels with the objective of delivering strong cash flow
and capital gains to investors. The Company's investment manager is Tufton
Investment Management Ltd. The Company has raised a total of approximately
$316.5m (gross) through its Initial Public Offering on the Specialist Fund
Segment of the London Stock Exchange on 20 December 2017 and subsequent
