Tufton Principals Increase Shareholdings

 

 

The Company notes that a principal of its Investment Manager, Tufton
Investment Management Ltd ("Tufton"), acquired an additional 200,000 ordinary
shares in the capital of the Company on 21 July 2023. Tufton Shareholders now
hold directly or beneficially 7,168,839 shares compared with 6,968,839 shares
as at 30 June 2023 and 5,375,133 shares as at 30 June 2022.
