Tufton Principals Increase Shareholdings

 

 

The Company notes that principals and staff of its Investment Manager, Tufton
Investment Management Ltd ("Tufton"), acquired 160,741 ordinary shares in the
capital of the Company on 30 September 2024. As at 30 June 2024, Tufton
Stakeholders* owned 4.9% of the issued share capital in the Company.
