Purchase of Depositary Interests underlying TUI AG shares ("DIs") under the TUI AG Share Incentive Plan
In accordance with DTR 3.1, TUI AGwas notified on 17 November 2015 that William Waggott and David Burling, both members of the Executive Board of TUI AG, had purchased 205 and 120 DIs respectively at 10.91 each under the terms of the TUI AG Share Incentive Plan. The purchases weremade on the London Stock Exchange on 16 November 2015. An irrevocable instruction to purchase the shares was given by both William Waggott and David Burling before TUI AG entered into its current close period on 11 October 2015.
