Australia's Tulla Resources hits 3-week high on asset merger talks

** Shares of Tulla Resources Group  TUL.AX  rise as much as
4.4% to A$0.360, their highest since Dec 15 
    ** The gold miner says it is in detailed discussions with
Pantoro  PNR.AX , its joint venture partner at Norseman gold
project in West Australia, to combine the gold asset at the
project into a single entity owned entirely by Pantoro

since Dec 20, if losses hold
