Tullow Oil plc 
A block listing application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the Irish Stock Exchange for a total of 750,000 Ordinary Shares of nominal value GBP0.10 each, in the capital of Tullow Oil plc, to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and the Official List of the Irish Stock Exchange, and application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for such shares to be admitted to trading. Admission is expected to take place on or around 2 February 2016. These shares will be allotted from time to time following the exercise of share options pursuant to the Tullow Oil plc Employee Share Award Plan (ESAP).
