Listing Application - Correction 
 
Tullow Oil plc 
 
The following amendment has been made to the 'Listing Application'
announcement released on 28 December 2016 at 2:44 pm under RNS No 8891S. 
 
Listing application figure of 1,815,000 has been amended to 1,850,026. 
 
All other details remain unchanged. 
 
The full amended text is shown below. 
 
A listing application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the
Irish Stock Exchange for a total of 1,850,026 Ordinary Shares of nominal value
GBP£0.10 each, in the capital of Tullow Oil plc, to be admitted to the
Official List of the UK Listing Authority and the Official List of the Irish
Stock Exchange, and application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for
such shares to be admitted to trading.  Admission is expected to take place on
or around 3 January 2017. The shares were allotted and issued pursuant to the
Tullow Oil plc Employee Share Award Plan (ESAP) in December 2016.
