Tullow Oil plc 
A listing application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the Irish Stock Exchange for a total of 1,815,000 Ordinary Shares of nominal value GBP0.10 each, in the capital of Tullow Oil plc, to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and the Official List of the Irish Stock Exchange, and application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for such shares to be admitted to trading. Admission is expected to take place on or around 3 January 2017. The shares were allotted and issued pursuant to the Tullow Oil plc Employee Share Award Plan (ESAP) in December 2016.
