Publication of the 2025 Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

30 April 2026 - Following the publication on 28 April 2026 of Tullow Oil Plc's
("the Company") Full Year Results for the year ended 31 December 2025, the
Company announces it has published its Annual Report and Accounts for this
period (the "Annual Report").

The Company's 2026 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at the
Company's registered address at 9 Chiswick Park, 566 Chiswick High Road,
London W4 5XT on 10 June 2026 at 11.00am.

In compliance with 9.6.1 and 9.6.3 of the Listing Rules and 6.3.5 of the
Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, a copy of the Annual Report is
being submitted to the National Storage Mechanism, in addition to regulated
information in full unedited text will be available for viewing shortly at:
https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism
(https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism) . The copy of the
Annual Report and the Notice of 2026 AGM are available to view on Tullow's
