Repayment of 2025 Notes

3 March 2025 - Tullow Oil plc (Tullow) confirms that it has repaid in full its
Senior Notes which matured on 1 March 2025. The principal repayment of $493
million and accrued interest to maturity were funded from a combination of
drawing down the remaining balance of $270 million under the Glencore Facility
and cash on balance sheet.

Tullow is making good progress with its plans to refinance and simplify the
Group's capital structure during 2025.
