As at 31st March 2016, Tullow Oil plc'sissued share capital consists of 911,768,739 ordinary shares (with a nominal value of 10p each) with voting rights. No ordinary shares are held in treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Tullow Oil plc is 911,768,739.
