A listing application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to Euronext Dublin for a total of 2,778,204 Ordinary Shares of nominal value GBP£0.10 each, in the capital of Tullow Oil plc, to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and the Official List of Euronext Dublin, and application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and Euronext Dublin for such shares to be admitted to trading.  Admission is expected to take place on or around 30 July 2018. 1,995,404 shares were allotted and issued pursuant to the Employee Share Award Plan (ESAP), 765,571 shares were allotted and issued pursuant to the Tullow Incentive Plan (TIP) and 17,229 shares were allotted and issued pursuant to the Deferred Share Bonus Plan 2005 (DSBP).
