Total Voting Rights - Replacement
The following amendment has been made to the 'Total Voting Rights' announcement released on 30 April 2018 at 12:00 under RNS No 5802M.
The previous announcement stated, "As at the date of this announcement, Tullow Oil plc's issued share capital consists of 1,386,567,336 ordinary shares (with a nominal value of 10p each) with voting rights." This should have read: "As at the date of this announcement, Tullow Oil plc's issued share capital consists of 1,390,656,809 ordinary shares (with a nominal value of 10p each) with voting rights."
All other details remain unchanged.

In conformity with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, Tullow Oil plc today announces the following:
As at the date of this announcement, Tullow Oil plc's issued share capital consists of 1,390,656,809 ordinary shares (with a nominal value of 10p each) with voting rights. No ordinary shares are held in treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Tullow Oil plc is 1,390,656,809.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Tullow Oil plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
