Good morning. Pfizer is buying Allergan in a deal valued at around $160 billion.
This will create the world's largest drug maker. It may also prompt outcry
during a presidential election cycle as it would allow Pfizer to redomicile from
New York to Ireland to benefit from a much lower corporate tax rate. Let's see
how that's affecting shares. Both pharma stocks are down around 2% in the
pre-market. Peabody Energy's shares look ready to rise 15%. The coal miner
agreed to sell its New Mexico and Colorado coal assets to Bowie Resource
Partners for more than $355 million in cash. Another gainer comes from the
tourism sector. US listed shares of 'Tuniu' are climbing more than 14.5% ahead
of the open. The Chinese online travel company says its getting an investment of
$500 million from a unit of HNA Group, which owns Hainan Airlines. Let's take a
look how Wall Street may start the week. The Dow, S&P and NASDAQ are treading
water. Watch out for existing home sales and manufacturing sector numbers out
later, which could give us more clues on the health of the US economy. Strong
numbers may increase expectations of a December rate hike. And finally, Cyber
Monday is being moved to Sunday at least at Wal-Mart! 2,000 of Wal-Mart's Cyber
Monday deals will begin this Sunday at 8pm eastern. Now that many have fast
internet in their homes, Wal-Mart is offering sales Sunday night – so people
don't have to wake up early to have access to the deals on Cyber Monday. That
move comes as retailers are trying to lure shoppers in the most important
holiday shopping season. And that's today's morning call. I'm Chitra Nawbatt and
