    ** TUP, YELL, AMSC were among the most discussed stocks by
retail traders on Tuesday according to J.P.Morgan data
    ** Wall Street slumps after rating agency Fitch's move to
downgrade the U.S. government's credit rating hit appetite for
risky assets
