shares fall 7.8% to $0.47 after market
    ** Company's shares close down 57%
    ** Tupperware preparing to file for bankruptcy as soon as
this week - Bloomberg News
    ** In March, company warned it was not certain its business
could continue as a going concern and faced a liquidity crunch
due to slumping demand for its iconic food storage containers
    ** Including session's move, company's shares down 74.5% YTD
