U.S. stock index futures were mixed on Tuesday after Treasury Secretary Janet
Yellen said the government could run out of money within a month, while
investors awaited the Federal Reserve's policy decision. .N 
    
    At 7:50 ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were down 0.21% at 34,080. S&P 500 e-minis
 ESc1  were down 0.19% at 4,178, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were down 0.08%
at 13,296.75.
