3.8% to 29.6 rupees, lowest level since March 27
    ** Co on Monday reported 75.5% Y/Y fall in its consol net
profit to 351.9 mln rupees ($4.29 million)
    ** Rev from ops slumped to 14.06 bln rupees from 14.96 bln
rupees a year earlier
    ** TVEB trading below its moving average convergence
divergence (MACD) line
    ** Nearly 2.3 mln shares change hands by 09:50 a.m. IST,
0.4x the 30-day avg
    ** Share price below 50-day, 100-day and 200-day simple
moving averages, suggesting bearish trend
    ** Stock down 17.1% YTD up to last close
