Nov 13 (Reuters) - TV Today Network Ltd  TVTO.NS : 
 * Approved agreement to sell with entertainment network (India) limited with 
   respect to three fm radio stations at Delhi, Mumbai and kolkata 
 * Source text:TV Today Network Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 13, 2015, inter alia, had allotted ESOP as per TVTN Employee Stock Option Plan 2O06:

Further The Board had approved the Agreement to Sell with Entertainment Network (India) Limited with respect to three FM Radio Stations at Delhi, Mumbai and Kolkata which shall be subject to approval of Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India or an order from the Hon'ble High Court allowing the Sale of the aforesaid Stations, whichever is earlier.
