** Shares of broadcaster TV Today Network  TVTO.NS  up 14%
at 297.10 rupees, their highest since May 2022
    ** Stock set for best day since Feb 2023
    ** TVTO's Q1 profit rises nearly six-fold to 513.8 mln
rupees ($6.14 mln)
    ** Revenue up 40% to 3.12 bln rupees, expenses up 14% to
2.53 bln rupees
    ** Around 3.5 mln shares traded in stock's busiest session
in 1-1/2 years vs 30-day avg volume of 269,000 shares
    ** TVTO's YTD gains of 7% sandwiched between NDTV  NDTV.NS 
4% fall and Network18 Media's  NEFI.NS  43% jump
