 * Source text: [TVS Electronics Limited has informed the Exchange that Mr K E Ranganathan, currently the Managing Director of the Company, has decided to pursue his interest elsewhere and has therefore resigned as the Managing Director and as a Member of the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from July 01, 2016. As part of the transition, Mr Prakash Katama who was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company under Section 208 of the Companies Act, 2013, effective May 04, 2016 as a Key Managerial Person, will be responsible for the management of whole of the affairs of the Company, subject to superintendence and control of the Board of Directors.
