** Co says it is collaborating with private company
IMIDomics to discover antiobodies against immune-mediated
inflammatory diseases
** Says co will receive upfront and project specific fees
and will be eligible to receive payments for specific
milestones along with royalty payments on product sales
** Including session gains, shares down 15% YTD
