UWM Holdings pitches $12-per-share bid for Two Harbors in letter to shareholders
April 30 (Reuters) - Lender UWM Holdings UWMC.N issued an open letter to shareholders of Two Harbors Investment TWO.N on Thursday, arguing that its new $12-per-share offer was superior to the real estate investment trust's deal with CrossCountry. The proposal is supported by a $1.3 billion bridge facility from Mizuho Bank, UWM Holdings said.
