** Shares of Australia's TZ Ltd  TZL.AX  rise as much as
8.7% to A$0.025, their biggest intraday pct gain since July 12
    ** Stock down 10.7% so far in the week
    ** The smart devices developer says unit was awarded the
supply, install contract for over 1,300 employee lockers for
Queensland govt body
    ** Contract value of A$1 mln ($654,600)
    ** Nearly 107,269 shares change hands, vs 30-day average
volume of 202,235 shares
    ** Stock down 4.2% YTD, as of last close
