** TZ Ltd TZL.AX jumps 9% to A$0.073, highest since February 24

** Smart locker solutions co enters into agreement to buy Keyvision Holdings, a tenant engagement platform provider

** Says acquisition to be funded through A$4 mln ($2.6 mln) senior secured debt facility

** Total value of A$10 million to be paid over four years if Keyvision achieves agreed-upon revenue and growth milestones

** Around 229,065 shares traded, 2.1x the 30-day avg

** Stock up 22% YTD
