ZURICH/BERLIN, June 2 (Reuters) - Here are some of the main
factors that may affect Swiss stocks on Wednesday:
   

    CREDIT SUISSE  CSGN.S 
    Credit Suisse is preparing for litigation against SoftBank
after the collapse of Greensill Capital, The Financial Times
reported, citing people briefed on the plans. 
    Credit Suisse has lost a key dealmaker in Europe, two
sources familiar with the move said, as a pay-driven exodus of
top investment bankers which began in the United States spreads.

    COMPANY STATEMENTS
    * Novartis  NOVN.S  said Cosentyx had received FDA approval
for the treatment of children and adolescents with moderate to
severe plaque psoriasis.  NOVN.S 
    * WISeKey  WIHN.S  said its subsidiary Arago had Signed a $5
million placement of trustecoin NFT token with Iconomy.  WIHN.S 
    * U Blox  UBXN.S  said it expects full-year 2021 revenue
growth of 11.19% and EBIT margin of 9.12%.  UBXN.S 
    * EPH European Property Holdings Limited  EPH.S  reported

    ECONOMY
    The Swiss government's ditching of a draft treaty cementing
ties with the European Union, its biggest trading partner, will
lead to lower Swiss economic growth, ratings agency Fitch said
