    ** Company posts Q3 revenue of $1.38 bln declining from
$1.40 bln a year earlier
    ** Reports Q3 EPS of $0.98 vs $1.89 a year earlier
    ** As of last close, company's shares up 14.2% YTD; stock
fell ~17% in 2022
