ALSTOM ALSO.PA:
French train maker Alstom raised its 2025 organic sales outlook to above 5% from 3% to 5% previously, citing strong overall demand for its trains and signalling systems.
COFINIMMO COFB.BR:
Belgian real estate investment company Cofinimmo acquired three development projects in Finland, including one nursing and care home under construction and two disabled care assets, with a total budget of approximately 10 million euros and an average gross rental yield of approximately 7%.
EIFFAGE FGR.PA:
French construction and concessions company Eiffage reported third-quarter 2025 revenue of 6.4 billion euros, up 8.5%, with its contracting order book growing to 30.8 billion euros, and confirmed its 2025 outlook.
FERROVIAL FERF.AS:
Spanish infrastructure company Ferrovial placed 400 million euros in non-dilutive cash settled convertible bonds with a maturity of 5.5 years.

JCDECAUX JCDX.PA: French outdoor advertising company JCDecaux extended its São Paulo Metro contract through February 2036.
MERSEN CBLP.PA: French electrical equipment manufacturer Mersen was selected by CATL to supply advanced fuses for battery systems.
NEXPERIA: Customers of Chinese-owned Dutch chipmaker Nexperia are working with the company on a workaround to bypass a feud between the Europe-based unit and its packaging plant in China, two sources close to the firm told Reuters.
UBISOFT UBIP.PA:
French video game publisher Ubisoft postponed its half-year earnings publication and requested Euronext suspend trading of its shares and bonds starting Friday until the results are published "in the coming days".
